Participates in LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) in English, upon assessment by YMCA of Greater Toronto, see separate entry; childminding and transportation assistance available
Settlement Services - information and referral, orientation, needs assessment, supportive counselling
- assists with form filling
- newcomer mental health services, wellness chat and crisis intervention
- employment counselling
- supports newcomer tenants in the private rental market
- workshops and tours
- seasonal income tax clinic for families with low incomes
