Description des services:
|
Provides screening of clients who meet the criteria for Community Treatment Orders (CTO's) and develops/supports community-based treatment plans, client supervision and referrals to community resources. Education about this treatment option to clients, families, and community and health providers is also emphasized.

Procédé et formulaires:
|
Clients are referred through a psychiatrist/physician. The coordinator attends inpatient rounds to assist in identifying clients who may be helped by being on a Community Treatment Order and works with other physicians in the community.
