A confidential, non-judgmental community based service to assist victims of crime * Provides immediate emotional and/or practical support to victims of crime, tragedy and/or disaster to help lessen the trauma, assist the victim to cope, connect with appropriate agencies, provide advocacy and avoid re-victimization.
Victim Quick Response Program addresses the immediate financial needs of victims of crime. The services covered include counselling, funeral expenses, crime scene clean-up, home security, transportation and emergency accommodation and meals.
