Description des services:

Community-based program for adults with acquired communication disabilities caused by stroke, brain injury, or brain illness.
Weekly conversation groups enable clients to:
practice communication skills in a welcoming environment
participate in conversations in any way that is comfortable
be part of a community of adults helping each other
Services are available virtually or in-person.
Other services offered:
information, referral, and assessment
advocacy, education, and awareness raising
workshops for clients, families, and volunteers
training for staff of other facilities and community agencies
Speech-Language Pathology and Communication Disorder Assistant student mentorship opportunities.
