Provides PSW and companion home care services and RPN services * free assessment
Services include:- companionship (socializing and emotional support)
- Alzheimer's and dementia care
- personal care
- meal planning and preparation
- assistance with medication
- grocery and errands
- light housekeeping
- live-in care
- attendant care (palliative support can be offered when appropriate)
- home care services including catheter care, ostomy or ileostomy care, ventilator and tracheotomy assistance
- respite care
- transportation or accompaniment to medical, dental, and other appointments
- services available in homes, hospitals, retirement homes and long term care facilities
